Wee Welly Playschool opened in March of 2020 to support our toddler age friends.  We serve children from 12 - 36 months

We are firm believers in a play-based environment.  Play is the first active form of learning.  During the first two years of a child's life, they experience a sensory-motor learning period through the stimulation of their senses: what they see, hear, touch, taste and smell and their physical interaction with objects and other humans.  Hence, we go outside every day rain or shine.  We have a 6-person stroller and a huge backyard.  Toddlers are busy developing their fine and gross motor skills.  We focus on opportunities for children to practice and perfect as well as expand and develop new skills.
